How about a goal of 4 times a week? My frien...Hi! How about a goal of 4 times a week? My friend is training for the NYC marathon...and even THOSE guys/girls only train 4 days a week. (2 short days, 1 medium day, 1 long day) They say the "off" days are completely necessary for recovery. Anyway..just a thought....it might be more realistic, given your other responsibilities...and you would not feel so bad when you skipped a day. Getting myself to the gym 3-4 days a week..especially with the kids all home for the summer...is an act of God...!
