I drank so much water yesterday, 100 ounces! I'm floating now, that was so much! But hey, it's a good thing. I took it easy on the exercise yesterday. I didn't do any cardio, but I did do 100 crunches. 100 must be the number for the day.
Today so far I've done 30 minutes on the treadmill, run/walk mix. We'll see what else I do.

I've been drinking about 100 ounces a day too and it is killing my food budget! I have super bad water so you have to buy bottled water and it adds up! But yes good for you! My doctor (nurse practitioner) said she used to go to Weight Watchers and if she drank 5 bottles of water before noon on the day she was going to her meeting she always lost a pound, so yes water is important! I think it is one of the magic ingredients for losing weight. Good Job!
