Fitness on Friday #8

I'm back from vacation and am doing damage repair. I'm doing well on my eating and have been walking every day.

I'm realizing that my self-esteem may be lower than I thought. I got new pants while in New Hampshire, but now after wearing them a few times I'm realizing how big they are. They're literally falling off me. I should've listened to my husband and gotten a smaller size. But I thought I was that big.

Having pants fall off you is such a great feeling! Wait, that didn't come out right. lol I mean when you lose weight and the pants are starting to feel too big, that's a great feeling. :D Keep it up Natalie!!

That is SO SOMETHING I would do!! I always think I'm bigger than I am. . . however, I absolutely still need to lose weight!! :)

Couple of easy tips for dieting, you can take or leave it, but I've been dieting for a very long, long time, and when say dieting for a very long time >>>

I mean I've been dieting since 1778, my last yr of high school. Anywho...tips are;

leave 3-4 bites of your mean, another words, don't eat those couple last bites.

never eat after 6pm

drink diet soda only, you'll actually lose up to 20 pounds in one yr doing that change.

do a exercise to increase your heart rate for 15 minutes. Get your heart rate going up to 90-120 pulse rate, and then start the 15 minutes at that rate. Do this 2-3 times a week.

don't eat fast food, have some fruit and bottle bottle. you'll feel full with that, and its natural sugar.
