Fitness on Friday #5

Ok, I'm a slacker, slacker, slacker!!! I haven't written over here since last Fitness on Friday. Gah! Forgive me!

I'm feeling a little bad this week. I had to take a dollar off my motivation money for the first time. I get one day off from exercising a week, but this week I took two. :( But, I did go out and walk 2 miles today to help make up for it.

I'm having terrible cravings for caramel corn. You'd think I was pregnant or something...I'm not, I'm 100% positive. LOL! I need to resist those temptations!

This week I plan to exercise as much as I can, no more missing days.

If you want to join us for Fitness on Friday please write a post or leave a comment with anything fitness related. You can post how you're doing, a link to an article you found inspiring, a quote, really anything you want.

And please remember to visit as many other participants as you can! Together we can all get healthy!

I have to kick my rear into gear! I did awful on vacation, but now that I am back, I am more than motivated to get skinny!! I've just watched the last 3 episodes of the biggest loser (as I missed them while on vacation). This is super motivating!! I've also gone blog hopping to different blogs that help motivate me to lose weight and have been finding some awesome recipes I can't wait to try! Today has been all about motivation for me :)

OK, I have been lurking here for a while now and have finally decided to get busy! Hubby and I are gonna do it together and have our own little Biggest Loser competition going on. He tends to lose fast and then taper off, I go slow but steady. This should be interesting.
So, this week I got nothing for ya (as we are currently gorging ourselves on all of the no-no foods in our house before Monday!), but nest week ... I am with ya!

Good luck this week Natalie! I think in the beginning it's hard to stay on track. But once you get into a routine it will be easier to stick to.

I've read that it's not good to not give in to your cravings. It's just a matter or eating a smaller portion. Then you don't feel upset or resentful about it. But that's just what I read. :D

Have you tried Quaker oats caramel rice cakes? I think they taste a lot like caramel corn and the ones I have eaten are only 1 WW point.

Good luck this week!

Oh I also found this on the hungrygirl website. I have not tried it but I think it looks good and now you got me wanting some caramel corn. lol!

Jolly Time Caramel Apple Pop Corn-
This stuff is 94% fat-free, and yes they actually call it pop corn (not popcorn). This snack is definitely the most unique diet-friendly popcorn product on the market right now. Five popped cups have a POINTS® value of 2. Awesome!

Hey Natalie!!
Have you tried the Quakes carmel corn snacks? They are AWESOME!!! Maybe they would quench your craving. :) Don't worry about going a little off track, just get back up and start fresh today. :)

Okay, I'm new to the fitness on Friday, but I think it's a wonderful idea!

I haven't been by in a couple of weeks. I've been lazy and not working at all towards losing weight. And now I feel down right sad about it. But, I'm back.

You're doing great though. Maybe you can find something healthy and sweet to fill that craving you have. Keep up the good work.

Okay, so I've decided to make a weight loss blog as well. Hopefully now, I'll be better at actually posting about my triumphs/struggles with this whole process! :)
